The amazing Mary Cruise is now offering acupuncture and will be doing a new series of classes beginning Sunday, January 5th. Medical Qigong: Microcosmic Orbit & Orbiting the 5 Phases is her first class to kick things off. No experience necessary.
Mary has taught Tai Chi/Qigong for over a decade, and also specializes in Therapeutic Massage, Acupuncture, Acupressure, Reiki and 5 Element Theory. She finds that having a mixed basket of healing tools allows choices.
Mary’s deep passion is people and helping them to be the best that they can be, teaching them how to live from a place of balance that creates vitality and wellness in all phases of their lives.
She believes that combining movement with body work may bring about growth and positive change, providing harmony in mind, body and spirit.
Another core belief for Mary is that teaching people why she does what she does and how to take that knowledge home with them allows them to integrate these skills into their lives on a daily basis.
At the ages of four and six, Susan (formerly Susan Prout) had life-saving surgeries that resulted in near-death experiences. During those experiences she was introduced to some of her own angels. After these experiences she was able to see her angels all the time and they have continued to be her friends and guides. Although they became a normal part of her life, she quickly learned it was best not to talk about them. In January 1997, Susan began to see others’ angels around her, and she was told to draw them so that others could connect with their angels. Today Susan considers herself to be an Intuitive Artist who uses her art as a way to connect and interact with the Divine and the Universe.
Susan’s work has been featured on several magazine coves and displayed in art shows around Kansas and Missouri. She holds certificates in Seichim Reiki, Usui Reiki, Quantum Touch, and EFM; and in both 2015 and 2016 she received Visionary Awards from the Coalition of Visionary Resources.

Mama Starr & Mambo Tonya Jones are gonna be back September 28th and 29th!
Mama Starr has been a Conjure Woman for over 40 years. She began with a simple deck of playing cards and learned to read them just like her family taught her. By 17, she was doing Uncrossing Work, or spiritual cleansings, for her family. She began helping others, by referral, in her mid-twenties as she knew she could help others with her amazing gifts and healing abilities. Thankfully (for us), she realized that the time was right and began to share her gift of Conjure Work a few years ago thanks in part to the Internet. Conjure or what people now call Hoodoo has always been around. In Mama Starr’s family, they didn’t call it Hoodoo. It was simply “Conjure” or “Work.” She was taught the traditional ways of spiritual work with an hands-on approach taught to her by her elders and continues to pass on the traditional ways in her own teachings.
Mambo Tonya Jones, Fok Nan Pwen Bo Mambo, has been reading Tarot cards for over 30 years and is an initiated priestess in Haitian Vodou , as well as a gifted spiritual reader. Haitian Mambos are female priests in the Vodou temples who perform healing work and guide others during complex rituals. As a mambo, her role is to tap into that connection with spirit and the physical, while sharing messages and knowledge from the Lwa, or that of spiritual beings.
